Governor Brown, AG Harris, and Congress Persons:

We, the citizens of California, request a Foreclosure Moratorium for all loans that were created by the fraudulent securitization process.

The Banks' settlement attempts with the AGs for claims against them have already admitted fraudulent robo-signing documents enabling illegal foreclosure on these loans.

These fraudulent foreclosures are destroying our home values, devastating the lives of the owners removed from their homes, ruining our communities, robbing our governments of property tax revenues, and creating high unemployment by decimating the construction industry.

Issue a Foreclosure Moratorium NOW.
Protect our state.

Vast quantities of foreclosures have devastated our home values, unjustly removed thousands of owners from their homes, are destroying our communities, and court cases have proved that both these loans and the subsequent foreclosures were fraudulent from the very beginning.

Governor Brown can stop these illegal foreclosures. We're calling on him to stand up for the property owners of this state and issue a Foreclosure Moratorium in CA for every loan that was created by this fraudulent process.
